Medical Biller
Responsible for compiling itemized hospital bills, completion of appropriate forms and submission of claims to all insurance payors. Responsible for working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third party payors. Responsible for all regulatory requirements relating to the hospital. Responsible for cross training with collections department and follow up on accounts which have been denied and submit appeals for reimbursement.
