Laboratory Supervisor
As Laboratory Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing lab team. You’ll ensure that every test, analysis, and report meets rigorous quality standards, while fostering a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly influence the reliability of our data, the trust of our clients, and the success of our mission.
Lead and mentor a team of laboratory technicians providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Oversee daily lab operations, ensuring compliance with TJC and CLIA standards and internal quality protocols.
 Coordinate workflow to meet project deadlines without compromising accuracy.
Review and approve test results, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, scheduling preventive maintenance as needed.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and accuracy.
Prepare and present reports for the laboratory administrative director
Education/Experience
Two-year or four-year degree in medical lab technology REQUIRED.
This position is expected to be able to perform bench work.
MUST be proficient in phlebotomy.
Certification is preferred but not required.
