Authority

Putnam General Hospital, located in Eatonton, Georgia, is truly a community hospital - owned by the community and governed by a volunteer board of community trustees (the Putnam County Hospital Authority). The mission of the Hospital Authority is to provide the community with the best possible care for all patients at a reasonable cost.

The Hospital Authority meets at 5:30PM EST on the first Monday of each month in the conference room at Putnam General Hospital.

Through the guidance and leadership of this dedicated group, Putnam General Hospital, moves progressively forward to meet community healthcare needs.
